The “Evolution Program” seeks to bring to Soprano, graduating students who are in the last year of graduation, and who can complete their education while being part of this project. Besides being in the last year of the graduation, he or she must be available to work 40 h weekly as intern in Soprano during one year and must have been approved in all the stages of the selection process.

The “We are Partners” Program aims at diminishing the abstention from voting, by delivering food baskets to all our collaborators who are effectively partners. The program is cemented in team partnership.
Soprano is always concerned with the total development of its collaborators and employees, therefore, Soprano could not forget their families. The “Soprano Family Project” was created to serve this goal. Through this project that aims at bringing families and company together, for the collaborators’ families are offered courses free of charge.
Family Budget, Textile Painting, Cross-Stitch Embroidery and Residue Recycling. This initiative aims at a possible increase in the family’s income and consequently, an increase in the quality of life of our collaborators.
Is a program developed by Soprano to generate emotional balance and a better use of each collaborator’s capacity. The practice of work gymnastics avoids accidents and occupational diseases, improving the quality of life.
